Money & Hide and Seek

Uncle Dean visited this weekend.  Erin was so excited and as soon as she saw him enlisted him to play hide-and-seek.  She hid under a laundry basket in a bright striped shirt so of course he saw her right off.  He pretended to sit on the basket while he figured out where she was.  Meanwhile, Levi comes in and sees Erin and starts yelling "there she is" over and over.  Dean pretended not to hear him (and he probably couldn't tell what he was saying!) and left the room so Levi ran after him and dragged him back in to show him where she was.  It was quite humorous to watch.  This morning they went down and woke him up to play again.  He said "Okay" and waited until they ran up the stairs and locked the door.  The kids thought it was funny though! 

I told Levi to find his blankie last night and he ran around the house yelling, "Blankie (Dankie) come out come out wherever you are!" for about 5 minutes before I took pity on him and found it for him. 

Dean also gave them some change for their money jar.  Erin automatically puts it in her pocket and tells him she needs one in both hands so he gives her 2 more.  Later he held out a $20 bill in one hand and a bunch of change in the other and asks her which one she wanted thinking she'd take the change.  She wanted the $20.  Smart girl!
